Professor David Faris, an associate professor of political science at Roosevelt University, discusses The National Popular Vote Bill and the Electoral College. Should our voting system evolve as the country grows and changes?

This program is open to the public and is part of a Civic Awareness Series, sponsored in cooperation with the Schaumburg Library, dedicated to the continued civic education and engagement of the public.
