(This is a discounted group rate; the funds raised are courtesy of the Boomers. We will have our own assigned area for seating. For every $16.00 ticket sold, LWVPA will receive $6.00 from the Boomers. You must purchase your tickets through our registration link listed on this page, not the box office, for LWVPA to benefit. So let’s knock it out of the park and sell all 50 reserved seats.)
Join us for an exciting night game featuring the Schaumburg Boomers vs. MIssissippi Mud Monsters, followed by a drone show and fireworks lighting up the sky! Keep an eye out for a fun marshmallow game that’s always a hit with kids (and kids at heart). It is a highly interactive annual tradition where, following a baseball game, fans are invited onto the field to throw thousands of marshmallows at each other.
Bring the kids, bring the grandkids, bring your friends, neighbors, and relatives—everyone’s welcome! Proceeds support the many important projects of our League.
We’re teaming up with our friends from the LWV Roselle/Bloomingdale chapter, making this a great chance to connect and celebrate together.
Mark your calendars for Friday, August 7 and make this the final big home run of summer before the kids head back to school!
Good to know:
- Outside food isn’t permitted, but the ballpark offers an excellent menu with plenty of tasty options.
- Railings throughout the stadium make stairs easier to navigate. Wintrust Field is fully ADA accessible.
- Patrons unable to take the stairs to the concourse may enter through the VIP Entrance and take the elevator to the concourse level (second floor)
- Wintrust Field features a free kids' play area located behind the left-field party deck. It includes 7 inflatable attractions, such as a bounce house and a large slide, open through the 7th inning of home games.
