Prof. Steven Schwinn (University of Illinois Chicago) explores the current balance of power among the federal government's three branches. A constitutional law expert, he’s a founding editor of major legal publications and a board member of the ACS Chicago Lawyers Chapter. He previously served in the Peace Corps’ legal office.

This program is open to the public and is part of a Civic Awareness Series, sponsored in cooperation with the Schaumburg Library, dedicated to the continued civic education and engagement of the public.

You can choose to attend this program in-person or watch online on Zoom. Please indicate your preference when registering. After registering, you will receive a link to the Zoom webinar at least three hours in advance of the program.
